Martin and I started working in the industry in Northamptonshire in 1984 & 1985 respectively.
Both of us worked together in the early part and middle part of our careers.
We both therefore share a similar philosophy on how we should deal with our customers.
We have both always believed telling people what they would like to hear, is not the way!
Our business is professional and its' aims will always be, to tell the truth – even if it hurts.
We believe if we do this we will develop a reputation of Trust, which is sadly lacking in our industry.
