At Martin Hawksby we sometimes like to tell you how good we are and we know you've probably heard it all before! Lets Face it, all agents are going to tell you their great are'nt they! In August, Independant Customer Analysis conducted their second survey of the year, where they randomly called 65% of our sellers and asked them many questions about their experience of dealing with our business. Well, below is how well we are doing in our customers eyes NOT ours. This survey revealed a modest improvement in most areas. It therefore goes to show that we have improved by listening to our customers and building our business around them. Even though these ratings are one of the highest in the UK, we need not get complacement and we can confirm, that this survey delivered some news to us which we feel we can improve on - and will!
