On the morning of 19/06/06 Martin was invited by Mr Richie the headmaster of Redwell Junior School to come and present to Year 6 pupils to assist them with one of their projects. Martin duly accepted the invitation and presented to the children for around an hour. The project the children had undertaken was for themselves in groups of four to construct a housing estate. The estate would need to be a sustainable development with the necessary supporting facilities on hand or within practicle reach. Martin was invited with his local 22 year housing knowledge to pass basic ideas onto the children to help them. It was viewed as both an enjoyable and informative hour by all involved.

Martin Donates £2200 to the "Friends Of Redwell"

At the end of the lesson Martin presented a charitable donation from his business for £2200 to the "Friends Of Redwell". The cheque was gratefully received by Mr Richie with 2 final Year 6 pupils pictured above. It is understood that Mr Richie is looking into the possible purchase of a school stage for the main school hall with this donation. Martin's business in just over 1 year has now donated £4400 to "The Friends Of Redwell" charity.

Martin & Mr Richie wants to thank all the local house sellers close to the school for successfully selling their homes with his business as this has enabled such a considerable donation. For every house Martin sells within close proximity of the school Martin donates £100 of the commission he gets to the "Friends Of Redwell" charity. Martin obviously urges all sellers in the area to keep selling their homes with his business!
